Our vertically integrated facility enables end-to-end garment manufacturing — from raw yarn to finished apparel — under one roof. This allows us to maintain strict quality control, shorter lead times, and complete production flexibility, all while staying responsive to evolving global fashion demands.

Our state-of-the-art design studio is the creative engine behind our collections. Equipped with 3D virtual fit simulation software, CAD-based pattern systems, and a global forecasting subscription network, our team stays ahead of seasonal trends and client-specific requirements.

Our spinning unit is equipped with cutting-edge machines from LMW (India) and Schlafhorst (Germany) to produce premium yarns, including:

We serve fashion brands committed to sustainability and traceability, ensuring certified and ethically sourced raw materials.

Our in-house knitting division features circular and flat knitting machines imported from Europe and Asia.

Our dyeing and finishing division is OEKO-TEX and GOTS certified, with eco-friendly Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) infrastructure.

Facilities include:

  • HTHP cheese dyeing machines from Thies (Germany), Brozoli (Italy)
  • Effluent Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis, Biological Treatment
  • Sueding, brushing, silicon/enzyme/vintage washes
  • Antimicrobial, UV protection, and moisture-wicking finished

We employ CAD/CAM-based Japanese and German embroidery machines to execute intricate designs with:

  • Multi-color threads (up to 9 colors)
  • Sequins, Laser Cut, Cording, and other specialty techniques
  • Consistency at scale for logos, chest, and all-over embroidery

Our production lines are equipped with cutting-edge machinery from Lectra, Gerber, Tuka Tech, and industry-best sewing equipment from Juki, Pegasus, Siruba, Brother, Eastman, and more.

Our advanced printing facility is a cornerstone of creative expression.

Capabilities:

  • Rotary printing (up to 10 colors) – 12 tonnes/day
  • Pigment, Reactive, Discharge, Plastisol, Flock, Sublimation & Digital Printing
  • Machinery from M&R (USA), Sroke, Askme, MHM (Austria), and more
  • All-over and spot prints are developed with extreme precision and fashion-forward aesthetics.

We manufacture elastic in-house using Comez (Italy) and Jacob Muller (Switzerland) machines. Our accessories division also handles:

  • Barcode, label & price ticket printing
  • Carton stickers and custom packaging
  • Integrated EDI systems for seamless data exchange

Our lab is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, ensuring strict quality control across all processes.

Capabilities include:

  • Physical, chemical & performance testing
  • Safety checks for azo dyes, phthalates, chlorinated compounds
  • Continuous in-process monitoring and final inspection
  • Our lab is approved by top international brands and plays a key role in delivering zero-defect garments.

We run an intelligent Automatic Reordering System (AROS) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) setup to align production with real-time demand. Our logistics ensure on-time delivery worldwide, supporting flexible order sizes with shorter lead times.
